things tried so far:
- what i normally take when i can’t sleep
- doubling (i got to $2^{17}$ (131,072) before i couldnt remember all of the digits anymore)

- i also ended up working out a way to make a chair with independent canvas sections that can be adjusted using a ratcheting mechanism inside the sides in order to allow the person to shift weight distribution without having to shift into awkward positions all the time.
if i do any more of these things, i won’t wake up for my last 2 finals. so yeah. wtf do i do now?
